 If your firm is an organization of real estate professionals, whether foreign or domestic, which actively asset manages primarily equity oriented real property investments of at least $200 million (U.S. Dollars) for its own account and/or which acts as an investment/asset management advisor to funds, trusts, foundations, endowments or other institutional holders of primarily equity oriented real property totaling at least $200 million (U.S. Dollars), and/or which has been invited by the Board of Directors, then your firm is eligible for membership or for invitation to membership in NAREIM.
