Judging by the state of the market, at the end of 2014, by all rights this should be a celebratory time: real estate is flush with capital, the US economy is growing, unemployment is down, vacancies are falling and values are rising. These are good times. And yet, there is a general air of anxiety—palpable almost at any recent real estate gathering.
