Together with a short review of data from the 2023 Compensation Survey - led by Lucy Bertsch, Director of Ferguson Partners - the virtual meeting will be an opportunity for members to chat through current thinking on bonuses in the next calendar year.

The NAREIM Compensation Survey is an annual survey providing benchmarking data on base, bonus, long-term incentives, promote/carry and co-investment within real estate investment and the detailed compensation of 120 different positions. Members will also be able to ask questions on trends and updates, and what Ferguson Partners is hearing on 2024 bonus strategies.
