About the Event
The NAREIM Talent Management meeting brings together leading HR executives from across real estate investment management to learn and share best practices in industry compensation trends, recruitment and retention practices and the challenges facing HR professionals day-in, day-out. We also dive into the latest trends facing real estate investment management firms and key business groups to understand how trends on the front line are impacting the strategic direction of the organization - and it's hiring processes.
The Talent Management meeting is co-located with the annual NAREIM Job Fair, which brings together real estate undergraduate and post-graduate students from across the U.S. to meet with member firms and discuss careers in investment management.
