The Global Real Estate DEI Survey 2022, benchmarking gender, ethnicity and nationality in real estate investment management and the wider commercial real estate industry globally, will open for submissions on July 28.
NAREIM has partnered with ANREV, INREV, NAREIM, NCREIF, PREA, REALPAC and ULI on this important benchmark of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) metrics. Ferguson Partners will conduct the survey on behalf of the organizations.
The Global Real Estate DEI Survey will launch on July 28, 2022 and remain open for data submissions for eight weeks until September 23. The final results will be released in December. By participating in the Survey you will receive a complimentary copy of the report. Only Survey participants will receive the full results.
The Global Real Estate DEI Survey continues to track:
DEI program structure, resources and ownership
Policies focused on recruitment, retention, training and development, inclusivity, tracking and accountability and pay equity
Employee demographics by gender and nationality, across seniority and job function, as well as DEI hiring, promotion and departure trends year-over-year. In North America, the Survey will also track employee demographics by ethnicity, across seniority and job function.
The Survey results will be presented at a regional level – comprising Asia, Europe and North America - and by type of firm to ensure the ability of participants to compare themselves on a peer-to-peer basis.
