The Jeff Barclay Fellows Program honors exceptional students pursuing real estate careers. Fellows engage with senior leaders, attend NAREIM meetings, and gain firsthand insight into how investment strategies and operating decisions come together.

Student Commitment
- 3 free virtual calls to help students turn strangers into sponsors for their CRE career. After completing the training, the organization introduces students to 5 professionals in their desired market and area of interest.
Professional Commitment
- As many networking calls per semester as they'd like. While these calls don’t guarantee mentors, internships, or jobs, they give students the chance to be top of mind when opportunities arise.
