Student Programs
The Resume Book is a key component of NAREIM’s student programming and commitment to developing the next generation of industry talent. In the spring, NAREIM will begin to accept submissions for its 2026 Jeff Barclay Fellows program.
This annual fellowship connects five outstanding graduate students in real estate investment management with senior industry leaders for mentorship, networking, and direct insight into the business through exclusive access to NAREIM meetings and content.
The NAREIM Jeff Barclay Fellows class of 2025-26, announced in September 2025, included:
