Developments in artificial intelligence have the potential to re-shape the future of real estate by improving decisionmaking processes.

Intelligence, as Mo Gawdat, former Chief Business Officer at Google X, defines it, is the ability and awareness of our surrounding environment, coupled with the capacity to analyze impact and time, enabling the formulation of plans for the future and the resolution of problems. Whether manifested in a carbon-based system like us humans, in a silicon-based structure like AI, or potentially in quantum intelligence, it does not appear to be confined to its physical form.
