The NAREIM Legal, Compliance & Risk virtual connection is intended to help you reconnect with peers throughout the year - in order to discuss timely issues of importance and to share ideas and solutions.
The November 2022 connection will focus on staffing issues and best practices, recent exam experiences and questions asked by regulators, mitigating third- and fourth-party risk, as well as private fund and new marketing rules. The 60-minute discussion will be whole room Q&A and is open to Legal, Compliance & Risk members from NAREIM member firms. Registration will be strictly monitored.
