| KPMG LLP (KPMG) is thrilled to announce the launch of the sixth Global Women in Alternative Investments Survey.Much has changed since the launch of our last global survey. The conversation about gender and diversity is now mainstream with many discussing the issues and challenges facing women around the world. KPMG is proud to have contributed to this important conversation, long before it was top of mind. This year, our goal is to elevate the conversation to a new level. We will not focus on what the issues are, but rather on how we can collectively create a culture of change and truly move the needle. To do so, we are seeking input across the industry, from both women and men, to elicit diverse viewpoints. We are seeking success stories—and stories of failures—in individual and institutional diversity efforts, with the goal of identifying those actions that will truly bring change. We all know that diversity is a business imperative. Together, we can take action and create the change we want to see. We want to reach as many alternative investment industry executives as possible, including fund managers, allocators, and service providers to help ensure we have a collective and diverse voice. To this end, we cordially invite you to participate in the survey to provide your feedback and valuable insight. We also encourage you to share this survey with your professional industry networks.
