The NAREIM DEI Summit: Recruitment Strategies meeting picked up on the conversation held at the November 2021 NAREIM DEI Summit meeting, about building a diverse recruitment pipeline either organically/in-house, or by partnering with diversity-focused groups.

Following an update on the initiatives underway by the DEI Partnerships Committee , members split off into roundtable discussion groups of 6-7 managers per room, to discuss the challenges faced in developing and executing a DEI recruitment strategy for organizations with varying resources and reach.
