DC real estate AUM increases 50% in 5 years

Dec 7, 2021: Median AUM of an investment manager managing DC real estate capital increased more than 50% over the past five years, according to the first edition of the DCREC-NAREIM-Ferguson Partners Defined Contribution [DC] Survey out today.

2019, a year of increased AUM growth, capital raising

Net AUM increased 7% in the past year, with three out of four investment managers reporting overall increases, while capital raising grew 5% YOY, according to the latest NAREIM/FPL Global Management Survey.
