The NAREIM Portfolio Management, Acquisitions and Asset Management meeting provides three distinct streams of content and conversation in one meeting in NYC - with shared networking for deeper cross-functional connections. Check out the Asset Management agenda below.

The Portfolio Management, Acquisitions & Asset Management meeting will host 3 distinct streams of content, each stream dedicated to one of the 3 functional groups. Note each stream, will take place in separate rooms. Members will have the ability to move between streams.​

  • What strategies are you trying or considering?

Fireside chat and Q&A discussion on best practices for existing risk profiles and insurance structures, ways to become more creative in allocating across entities, and how to educate deal teams on managing expectations.

Manager case study highlighting successes and challenges in utilizing amenities to entice people back into the office, and a roundtable exercise around what’s least and most effective in attracting tenants.

2pm: Maintenance, turnover & utilities: Managing expenses in residential

Manager case study and whole-room discussion on three strategies to reduce operating expenses.
